Minnie Titus-Glover
has more than 20 years of successful operational and project management
experience within the insurance and finance industries, working for two
large reputable financial institutions in New Jersey. She has
earned a reputation for her analytic capabilities, and a decisive,
collaborative leadership style, which have resulted in her successfully
driving technology enhancements, reducing operational costs through
process improvement initiatives, and significantly increasing staff
engagement and productivity.
Minnie’s commitment
to succession planning and her passion for staff development, training,
and coaching resulted in enhanced individual and collective
capabilities of her business partners and her staff. This passion
drove Minnie to starting this business as a consultant, partnering with
360 Solutions, to provide excellent training and development
opportunities in New Jersey and surrounding areas.
Minnie will be completing
her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with concentration in
International business from the Keller Graduate School of Management of
DeVry University. She received her Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree
with honors, majoring in Economics and Statistics from the University
of Ghana, in Accra, Ghana.
